THE NORTH AFRICAN RESOLUTION 2011

DEAR EU AND PEOPLE OF LIBYA,

A high level dialogue over the truce between the Gaddafi sectarian and the Rebel Army of Libya seems necessary at this stage to minimise the casualty of civilians.The extreme option of Gaddafi sectarian may include the carnage of civilians if NATO continues to blast the major cities in Libya.It was the responsibility of the UN troops to protect the civilians in the war zone.Despite the military power of Gaddafi is losing the stronghold in Tripoli and his hometown in Sirte ,the intense bombardments from NATO should cease at this point.This will avoid the outbreak of Civil War in the country.For humanitarian purpose,the EU has the obligation to accommodate the refugees from Libya until the chaotic momentum is improved by the military intervention from the allied troops.Apparently the Sicily Island of Italy and some islands of Greece may be arranged to serve the urgent request from the refugees.The launching of 2000 Cruise Missiles will serve as the ultimatum to end the Gaddafi regime if he chooses to against the unprecedented revolution in Libya.As part of the borderless revolution,NATO and the militia of Libya are welcome to be the allied members of the Planet Federation.The women guards of Gaddafi are unlikely to safeguard his regime unless he accepts the ruling of the new momentum.Unfortunately these women guards are not sexy enough to distract the heavy attacks from NATO.Perhaps the Gaddafi regime should launch a naked power to against the naked invasion from NATO.Despite the brutality of his regime,there is no need to siege the Libyan territory.The North Atlantic Treaty Organisation may consider to unleash North Borneo for accommodating the refugees from Libya.To  fully destroy the regime of Gaddafi could relapse the mistake of the Iraqi warfare.Gaddafi should accept the new resolution to support the intervention from Planet Federation.
