THE AFRICAN REVOLUTION 2011

DEAR EU AND LIBYAN PEOPLE,

The consecutive bombardment from NATO should be able to regain the control of the eastern region and the major cities in northern region.There should be a UN troop to maintain the local security and provide humanitarian support for the people in war zone.Full occupation by the deployment of Apache helicopters is the critical tactics to sweep away the demented attack from the militants of Gaddafi.The current strategy of NATO is unlikely to capture the winning territory in the long run.Given the Rebel Army of Libya is the only ground force from the opposition party,more munitions should at this moment be supplied to  the army.Explicitly the additional funding of USD5Billion from the Pentagon is necessary to finance the military operation in Libya.The requested funding is just a trivial amount of the US Budget.The next round of printing USD600Billion to bolster the US economy has arrived..The US Federal Reserve and the Pentagon may jointly support the Libyan warfare.Like it or not,the Libyan warfare will affect the diplomacy of the Obama Administration in the middle east region.It is the critical moment to justify the credibility of Barack Obamaism.Under the new definition,President Obama is in the position to help the African people fighting for democracy and equality.On the other hand,the monumental failure of America in the Iraqi warfare means the ruling of Maliki Government is not fully supported by Iraqi people as reflected by the unstoppable incidents of roadside explosion.Libya could easily become another Iraq if the tainted strategy of America is still adopted by the Pentagon.Perhaps the intervention from Planet Federation will help restore the normal life in Baghdad.In other words,the Iraqi situation requires a mentor governance to preside the Maliki Cabinet in Baghdad.

The military budget will include the launching of 2000 Cruise Missiles to tarnish the siege from the army of Mummar Gaddafi.Despite the military intervention from NATO,the final destiny of Libya lies on the will of the local civilians.To avoid any unnecessary conflict,the departure of Mummar Gaddafi will convince the Rebel Army of Libya to accept ceasefire.With the strong supports from NATO and ARAB LEAGUE,some of the refugees can be arranged to stay in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.It is the obligation of the US Government to arrange the final destination for Mummar Gaddafi.As the position of Mummar Gaddafi in the heart of some Libyan people remains the same,the high level meeting in Doha failed to represent the will of Libyan people.The intervention from the African Union has strongly signalled to international community that the Libyan Government of Mummar Gaddafi is still recognised by the African countries.As an alternative,Gaddafi may choose to exile in a destination within the African Union.The unity of the Libyan people depends on the final decision of Mummar Gaddafi, his departure will eventually change the chaotic situation in the country.Borneo is prepared to offer new life for the outgoing dictator,and host the high level talk between Libya and America.

Indeed the African dictatorship can only be removed by force.Nevertheless Mummar Gaddafi has to materialise his earlier proclamation to ceasefire and leave the country.To ensure the freedom of Mummar Gaddafi after ceding the power to the new government of Libya,the EU and the opposition power of Libya have to warrant the departure of Mummar Gaddafi with impunity.Apparently this condition must be satisfied in order to reach the truce agreement.However,Gaddafi has to cease the atrocity of his mercenary and the use of cluster bomb to attack the Libyan civilians in eastern region.It is a war crime that will bring down the regime of Mummar Gaddafi.To embody the final procedure of ceasefire,the proposed high level dialogue between Mummar Gaddafi and the Opposition Leaders of Libya should be held at Tripoli.Accepting the mediation from Planet Federation means a new government will come into existence to end the military conflict.Apparently the long term deployment of NATO in the African continent remains critical in peacekeeping.Planet Federation suggests the west to put aside hypocrisy so as to globalise its military operation.NATO should enlarge its military zone to unleash the heart of Asia Pacific from the illicit occupation of Malaysia.The option of raising a coalition government to reach armistice is credible in this context.It is the configuration to maintain a peace environment in Libya.The lack of political leadership appears to be the major hurdle to the new government of Libya but the people of Libyan Revolution may resort to the advice from Planet Federation.It is the intelligentsia to launch borderless revolution.Likewise the Syrian uprising movement appears the Syrian Government should be dissolved to meet the will of its people,and the covert treatment of the Bharaini officials to execute the local dissidents seems the duplicity of the Bharaini Government should be sanctioned by the UNSC.In short,the fire of borderless revolution should continue to burn the middle east countries until the concession from the controversial regimes is achieved.

THE SAHARA RESOLUTION OF LIBYAN WARFARE 2011

To fully subdue the eastern region and the northern cities in Libya,the supply of weapons including short- range missile,grenade,bazooka and military vehicles for the Rebel Army and lashings of Apache helicopters as well as the ground support from a special troop of 2000 infantry and mobile artillery should be launched by NATO,and the latest strategy is to wipe out the attacks from the army of Gaddafi and secure the stronghold region for the Rebel Army.The dead wrong of the Gaddafi regime was to open fire on the protesters without mercy during the mass rally,and the Libyan Government is unlikely to account for the  horrendous accusation of killing its previous supporters in the country.Apparently the government has lost its legality to represent the people of Libya.A new government under the vigilance of Planet Federation seems to be the pragmatic option to cease the Libyan warfare,and Gaddafi must agree to handover the regime to his successor in order to form the coalition government.The ongoing tension suggests the western and southern region will remain under the control of his regime.Without the consensus of Mummuar Gadaffi to cease fire,the relapse of Al-Qaeda will step in to support the local militia in Libya.Nevertheless the compromise of Libyan people over the partake of regime is the only reliable power to ensure the local security.As an alternative to resolving the military conflict,both sides may choose to jointly rule the country but the Rebel Army of Libya should be allowed to establish its stronghold in eastern region.The regime of Mummuar Gaddafi may still continue to exist in the long run if they choose to support the Planet Federation.The launching of naked invasion appears Libya has become a protectorate of NATO.To reduce the detriment of air strike in the war zone,the Central Intelligence Agency of America may be assigned the mantle to search for the precise targets of NATO.

Kiss Allah if the truce of Libyan warfare happens within four weeks.Kiss the allied force if they provide ammunition for the Libyan Revolution.Kiss Planet Federation if the regime of Gaddafi agrees to form the coalition government.The unprecedented mass rally in Yemen and Syria indicates the borderless revolution is starting to change the norm of human rights in the Middle East countries.As far as democracy is concerned,the Yemenese President and Syrian President should accept the will of mass rally to step down and let the new leadership nominated by the people to run the country.

As a traitor of Islamic World, Gaddafi should seek for clemency from Allah to purge the wrongdoings of his regime in Libya.Gaddafi should accept the arrangement of Allah to initiate his new life in other countries.To avert the extermination from international and preserve the existing power,the regime of Muammar Gaddafi may choose to accept the ruling of Planet Federation.The ruling of Planet Federation will ensure the smooth transition of power,it is the security system to safeguard the dissidents in Libya.Planet Federation may be appointed as the Supreme Council of the new government of Libya.
After ruling Libya for 42 years,the time for the departure of Gaddafi has arrived.Like it or not,the stalemate of Libyan warfare will soon collapse the patience of NATO and the regime of Gaddafi has to cede the eastern region and northern cities to the Rebel Army of Libya for the purpose of truce.Seeing the dilemma facing the Libyan refugees in Europe,Mummuar Gaddafi should declare cease-fire to held the high level talk over the proposal of new government in Libya.Likewise the Tunisian Government has to share its power with the local protesters to ease the crisis.The failure of Tunisian Government to meet the mandate of its people seems a nationwide election is necessary to form a new government with credibility.To reverse the political isolation in Malaysia, the Chinese people and the Indian society living under racial discrimination may do the same to launch the borderless revolution.Given the scandalous image of the Malaysian parties such as the insidious practice of Putrajaya to project the construction of a nuclear plant in Borneo and the sodomy image of Keadilan,it seems there is no presentable polity for next election.The buaya policy of Najib to inflict assorted levies on the local services implies the Malaysian Treasury is having financial meltdown.In view of the lewd practice of Malaysian ministers,there is no credibility in the Malaysian leadership.Malaysia is yet to launch her borderless insurgence to remove the dictatorship of Putrajaya.
