The daunting impact of the Global Financial Metldown 2008 remains unshakable in light of the bankrutcy of the US Government in 2013. In view of the unbearable indebtedness of
Washington DC, the existence of the federal government will become meaningless if its failure to restore the global status of the US Currency continues to haunt the American economy. Despite the potential shale gas resource available for economic development in the years to come, this will only benefit the oil and gas corporations in the long run and the market mechanism is wiping the livelihood of the unemployed population.

Under the mechanism of the market economy, the rich tends to be richer whereas the poor tends to be poorer in the long run. Given the skyrocketing indebtedness of the US Government to ruin its daily operations, the shale gas resource will soon be auctioned to repay the staggering interest on the national liability of America. Obviously the vanishing status of the US currency suggests the leading economies such as China, Brazil, India, Germany, Russia and Asean to survive without the US market as America is no longer the biggest market to consume the commodities from the world.

The worst impact of the American Financial Meltdown may include the outbreak of American Spring and the dissolution of the United States of America like the debacle of the USSR. Indeed America is losing its economic capacity to survive in the morass of the financial bailout initiated by the Bush Administration in 2008.

Should the American Financial Meltdown be continually ignored by the Obama Administration, the accumulated fortune of Bill Gates and Warren Buffet and the facial recovery of the New York Stock Exchange will soon evaporate in 2014. As the major economies of the world have started to phase out the empty value of the US currency in international trade, the money printing policy of the Federal Reserve is now facing the boycott from the world.

The bankrutcy of the hidden state governments of America will be forced to declare before the public.Those countries with economic and political crisis actually include China, India, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia and Europe. As for the welfare of Malaysia, the state reserve of Borneo should be utilised to support the low income group and the formation of a hearing council is necessary to investigate the public accusations. The fiscal policy of Malaysia should include the monthly subsidy for poor society with low income from Borneo.

Likewise the negligence of the Chinese Government over the poor livelihood of Yunnan Province and the uncivilised slaughter of wildlife animals in particular the massive slaughter of dog in Kuilin should be focused at the premier office of Beijing. The UN is supposed to set up an organisation for the protection of animal rights in this context. Famous for cooking dog meat,  Korea is also a country violating the animal rights. Hopefully Secretary General Ban Ki Moon will take action to redress the uncivilised practice of South Korea. The structural unemployment of the European economy is underway to wipe out the productivity from the young generation and the enlargement of the euro zone crisis is unlikely to be resolved in the short run and the market economy is apparently ending the ruling of democracy as reflected by the Egyptian Spring 2013. This could lead to the outbreak of European Spring in the near future.

The relapse of the Egyptian Revolution seems to suggest the Egyptian
Government  to share the ruling power with non-muslim organisations
in confronting the big recession of the Egyptian economy. It appears the
the international momentum is heading for borderless politics and freedom
of speech. Likewise the Libyan Government is in the position to introduce
foreign power to stabilise its social security and local politics. The debacle
of Muammar Gaddafi regime has severely deformed the social security in
Libya and the thorny momentum further appears the Planet Federation
should be fully supported to enhance the power of Arab Spring to control the
chaotic countries in the middle east region. Apparently the participation of
Egypt, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Bahrain, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Israel,
USA, Russian, China and NATO will help materialise the new organisation
to bring a peace year for middle east in 2014. A new peace talk remains critical
in resolving the bloody conflict in Syria. It suggests the UN Secretary General
Ban Ki Moon to introduce a new team of special envoy to accomplish the
unfinished task of Kofi Adnan in 2012. The regime of President Assad must be
prepared to form a coalition government with the opposition force to end the crisis.

There is a prerequisite to reach the peace treaty with the rebel army supported by the West. To normalise the livelihood of the Syrian people, both sides must agree to cease fire in this context.

This in turn will ignite the fire of Malaysian Spring if the Najib Administration continues to ignore the voice from the opposition force and its hostile policy to rule out the participation from the leading figures of Borneo is unlikely to stabilise the Malaysian politics in the years to come. As the majority of the Malaysian voters prefer to support a new regime with diversified profile, the sovereign figures of Borneo should be officially accepted to share the state ruling power with the parties of BN Sabah. Once the sovereign power is incorporated into the state administration of Sabah, this will at least change the hostile momentum in the long run. In other words, some of the official appointments should be offered to this motion from Borneo. As far as the development of the Malaysian economy is concerned, the Najib Administration are supposed to arrange some positive appointments for the sovereign power of Borneo. A smart premier will improve the unfavourable momentum against his regime and recruit the right power to secure his leadership.

children and a helpless couple strongly reflected the

benefit of unemployment for job seekers to prevent any family
suicide from happening. Typical package may include free
medical service, food card and living allowance. What does

President Assad could end up as another Charles Taylor if he fails to clarify the massacre actvities. It was the obligation of the UN to evacuate the civilians from the war zone instead of raising empty resolutions as actions speak louder than words. To fully control the situation, more troops from the UN must be deployed in the war zone to protect the local civilians. The diplomatic failure of America and Europe to the Syrian warfare appears NATO has to revise its position in this issue as the military resolution is necessary to solve the crisis despite the supports of Russia and China to Syrian Government. Like the warfare in Libya, the launching of cruise missile to warn the conflict zone will change the local politics in Syria. The updated version of Toma Hawk missile system should  be adopted to beat the supersonic missile delivered by Russia to support the Syrian regime. Like it or not, the Pentagon has to make the decision to reaffirm the American position in the middle east region. Planet Federation suggests NATO may ignore the opposition of Russia and China to interfere the Syrian warfare in this context. Nevertheless the French President is suggested to launch the navy operation against the Syrian regime.

The consecutive bombardment from NATO should be able to regain the control of the eastern region and the major cities in northern region.There should be a UN troop to maintain the local security and provide humanitarian support for the people in war zone.Full occupation by the deployment of Apache helicopters is the critical tactics to sweep away the demented attack from the militants of Gaddafi.The current strategy of NATO is unlikely to capture the winning territory in the long run.Given the Rebel Army of Libya is the only ground force from the opposition party,more munitions should at this moment be supplied to  the army.Explicitly the additional funding of USD5Billion from the Pentagon is necessary to finance the military operation in Libya.The requested funding is just a trivial amount of the US Budget.The next round of printing USD600Billion to bolster the US economy has arrived..The US Federal Reserve and the Pentagon may jointly support the Libyan warfare.Like it or not,the Libyan warfare will affect the diplomacy of the Obama Administration in the middle east region.It is the critical moment to justify the credibility of Barack Obamaism.Under the new definition,President Obama is in the position to help the African people fighting for democracy and equality.On the other hand,the monumental failure of America in the Iraqi warfare means the ruling of Maliki Government is not fully supported by Iraqi people as reflected by the unstoppable incidents of roadside explosion.Libya could easily become another Iraq if the tainted strategy of America is still adopted by the Pentagon.Perhaps the intervention from Planet Federation will help restore the normal life in Baghdad.In other words,the Iraqi situation requires a mentor governance to preside the Maliki Cabinet in Baghdad.

Cease Fire!The Rebel Army of Libya should cease fire to fully control the eastern region and the Northern Cities including Tripoli and Benghazi.Given the military power of Gaddafi has been massively destroyed by NATO,the allied force may restore the oil production to support the military operation of NATO in Libya.The oil revenue will repay the launching expenses of cruise missiles from NATO,the Pentagon should waive its request for military funding from the US Parliament.Given the terrorists have been released from Libyan prison,the local security is not optimistic at this stage.London is likely to face terror attack if the mob sectarian of Gaddafi refuses to accept the option from EU.

 The full support of NATO to the ruling of Planet Federation in Libya will change the financial dilemma facing the European military.NATO is further suggested to erect an airbase in the heart of Asia Pacific to secure the stronghold of Planet Federation.
